Dietary Analysis (DA)

From the findings of your Clinical and Sports Nutrition Comprehensive Analysis, a food chemistry interpretation of dietary (foods and beverages) requirements will be made and a Food Chemistry Specific Diet will be designed.

Food Chemistry Specific Diets are designed to enhance your metabolism and its efficient utilizations of dietary substances. The Food Chemistry Specific Diet is also designed to provide a dietary foundation for healthy living practices to promote healing and health maintenance. Each food listed has a specific positive biochemical relationship with other foods listed, each synergistically working to support health. Each Food Chemistry Diet has a "specific" purpose or intention. There are several types of "specific" food chemistry diets, such as to assist in balancing blood sugar, electrolytes, strengthen body systems (heart, immune, etc.), or to assist in detoxification, the internal housecleaning process of the human body, for examples.

A Food Chemistry Specific Diet is not just another diet -- it is food chemistry, which means that each food/beverage in the diet is specifically selected because of its importance to your unique metabolism and the balancing of your blood chemistry to improve your body functions. Food Chemistry means each type of food works synergistically with other foods. The Food Chemistry Specific Diet is as important as taking your vitamin supplements -- in fact, adherence of 90-100 percent will reduce your need for additional supplements and facilitate your healing and maintenance of health.
